Our Team
The goal of DBS Financial is to assist our customers who have financed vehicles that were purchased through ABC MotorCredit. We have a staff of 16 that are here to help the customer throughout the life of their loan.
We help our customers in a variety of ways, including helping them process payments as well as offering assistance with loan payments when they encounter an unexpected problem that makes it difficult for them to maintain their payments.
Services
At DBS Financial, we aren’t here to simply collect payments. Our ultimate goal is to help the customer keep their account current which in turn helps them rebuild and/or establish a good credit history.
We report all payments to the 3 major credit bureaus every month. We want to see every customer “graduate” to a better credit situation which will then allow them to purchase another vehicle from a more traditional dealership at better rates.

"Great finance company! I don't know why other people are negative but they were amazing! Paula was my account representative and she always communicated with me if I needed to move a pay date they worked with me! I even unfortunately got my car repo'd once during my loan and Paula helped me resolve this issue so that I didn't have to pay thousands of dollars.
